Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting strategic outbound prospecting, and generating qualified business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and a consultative approach to engaging prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize conversions.
- Achieve individual sales and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Pre-Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to research prospects and identify business opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
- Exposure to SaaS, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
