Description
The Manager Study Abroad is responsible for developing and managing international study programs for students. This role involves promoting study abroad opportunities, advising students, and fostering partnerships with global institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage study abroad programs that meet the needs of students and partner institutions.
- Conduct outreach and marketing initiatives to promote study abroad opportunities to potential candidates.
- Advise students on program options, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with partner universities and organizations abroad.
- Ensure compliance with legal and institutional policies related to study abroad programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and student satisfaction, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Organize pre-departure orientations and support students during their international experiences.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree PLUS MBA in HR, International Relations, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in higher education, international education, or study abroad program management.
- Strong understanding of international education trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track program success and student feedback.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with international students.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
