Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and optimize manual CNC programs at machine control panel
- Programming using G & M codes for CNC Turning machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications
- Tool selection, tool offset setting, and prove-out of programs
- Support CNC operators during setup and production runs
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual CNC programming
- Knowledge of Control Fanuc, Siemens (preferred)
- Good understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters
- Knowledge of GD&T and measuring instruments
