Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly digital experiences for websites, mobile applications, and software products. The candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to create designs that meet both user and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and software products.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviour, and expectations.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop responsive and visually appealing UI designs.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
- Identify user experience issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and product functionality.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and visual elements.
- Review completed designs and ensure they match approved specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Good problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and knowledge of UI/UX tools may also apply.
