ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a smart, systems-thinking AI Automation Specialist to build intelligent workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks and dramatically improve production efficiency across our teams. You will identify process bottlenecks, design automation solutions, and implement tools that let our creative and delivery teams focus on high-value work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Audit existing workflows across departments to identify high-impact automation opportunities
– Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or custom scripting
– Integrate AI tools and APIs into production and business operations pipelines to streamline output
– Document all automation solutions clearly, including workflow logic, dependencies, and maintenance guides
– Collaborate with creative, digital, and operations teams to understand workflow pain points and build practical solutions
– Monitor, maintain, and continuously optimize automation performance and reliability
– Train team members to use and manage automated systems effectively
– Research new AI and automation technologies to identify opportunities for further efficiency gains
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2+ years of experience in process automation, workflow design, or operations technology roles
– Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or comparable tools
– Strong logical thinking and systems design capability — ability to map complex workflows clearly
– Experience integrating APIs and connecting multiple software platforms within automated workflows
– Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root-cause inefficiencies and build lasting solutions
– Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical team members
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience automating workflows in creative agency, media, or marketing operations environments
– Python or JavaScript scripting skills for custom automation development
– Familiarity with AI API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) for intelligent workflow automation
