About The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data visualizations for management.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Experience working with stakeholders and documenting business requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
