Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor records
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail services
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks
- Assist HR or administration teams when required
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records
- Ensure proper visitor security and check-in procedures
