Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Executive with 1–3 years of experience in Non-IT hiring. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screening and interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and feedback
Manage cold calling and candidate engagement
Handle salary negotiation and offer discussions
Maintain and update recruitment data, MIS reports, and trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Eligibility Criteria:
1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Graduate in any discipline
