- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes (e.g., curries, Tandoori items, biryanis) ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create and innovate menus, including seasonal specialties.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage daily mise-en-place, maintain inventory, and manage food waste.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations, including sanitation,, and proper food storage (HACCP/USPH).
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior staff in traditional cooking techniques.
