Key Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / CFA Level I or II.
- Minimum 1–3 years of direct experience in Transfer Pricing assignments.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian TP regulations and international guidelines (OECD).
- Hands-on experience with Excel and TP benchmarking tools.
- Excellent documentation and research skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and multi-task effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation including Local Files, Master Files, and 3CEB forms.
- Conducting functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis for group entities.
- Performing benchmarking studies using appropriate databases (Prowess, Capitaline, etc.).
- Gathering financial data and supporting documents for intercompany transactions.
- Assisting in TP assessments, notices, and litigation support.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients for data collection and clarifications.
- Ensuring timely delivery of reports with accuracy and compliance.
