Position: Sales Executive
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/product options.
- Maintain follow-ups, schedule meetings, and ensure timely client communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support company revenue goals.
- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM entries, and daily activity logs.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred).
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and handle client queries confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp communication).
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
