Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a nurturing attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Observe and assess children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Encourage creativity through play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Collaborate with team members and participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Follow provincial licensing regulations and center policies
Required Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers are welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of child development principles
