We are looking for a skilled and resourceful Web Developer & Website Optimization Specialist to help build, fix, and improve websites for our clients.
This person should be comfortable creating new websites, updating existing websites, fixing technical issues, improving website design, and helping clients get better results from their websites.
You should have a strong understanding of modern web design, website development, conversion rate optimization, analytics, and AI tools. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, solve problems, and use technology to make websites perform better.
What You’ll Do
- Build and launch new websites and landing pages.
- Fix broken or outdated client websites.
- Make websites faster, cleaner, and easier to use.
- Improve website design, layout, calls-to-action, forms, and user experience.
- Apply recommendations from website audits.
- Help improve conversion rates so websites generate more leads.
- Set up and troubleshoot website tracking using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Use tools like Mouseflow, Hotjar, or similar platforms to understand user behavior.
- Help create simple client dashboards that show website progress and performance.
- Use AI tools to speed up web design, development, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Work independently and find solutions when issues come up.
Skills We’re Looking For
You should have experience with some or most of the following:
- Website development
- Website design
- WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, or similar platforms
- Landing page creation
- Conversion rate optimization
- Basic SEO and AEO — Answer Engine Optimization
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Mouseflow, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools
- Website audits
- Page speed improvements
- Mobile optimization
- Form tracking and conversion tracking
- Client dashboards and reporting
- AI tools for web design, development, analytics, and automation
