Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Patna, Bihar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates from various job portals and social media.
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Manage job postings and employer branding activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Experience in recruitment is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of MS Office and online hiring platforms.
