Mediwell is looking for a CRM Executiveto manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, and support operations. The role requires strong follow-up skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle client relationships efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communication and support via calls, email, and WhatsApp
- Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections
- Maintain records of customer interactions and outstanding payments
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for payment status and updates
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely responses
- Ensure proper follow-up tracking and closure of issues
- Build and maintain good client relationships
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years in CRM / Customer Support / Follow-up roles
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
Preferred:
- Experience in pharma / B2B customer handling
- Exposure to payment collection or coordination roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
