1. Maintain records of conversations, leads, and customer information in the system
2. Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
3. Develop a rapport with customers and build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
4. Gather feedback on products/services and communicate it to the relevant teams
5. Bridge between the sales team and customers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals,
7. Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
8. Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed
9. Prepare and Update Database with client information.
10. Work with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to streamline processes.
