Job description:
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management Services.
- Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, and client visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Conduct client presentations and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for contract renewals and upselling.
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day facility management operations across client sites.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor housekeeping, pest control, security, technical maintenance, and support services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Resolve client complaints and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Ensure service delivery as per SLA and contract requirements.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance among employees.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and client documentation.
- Submit monthly business and operational performance reports to management
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
