Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified and dedicated Registered Nurses / Staff Nurses to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centric, evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately in patient records.
- Provide emotional support, education, and information to patients and their families.
- Ensure infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and hygiene practices are strictly followed.
- Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain and manage medical equipment, supplies, and ward inventory.
- Participate in continuous training, audits, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council
- 0 to 5 years of relevant nursing experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient handling skills
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis management abilities
