ABOUT THE ROLE:
VG Innfra is building an in-house revenue engine for high-ticket real estate.
This role owns the middle of that funnel:
taking qualified inbound leads and converting interest into booked, sales-ready meetings.
You are the client-facing voice between marketing and the close — you prepare the buyer; our senior team conducts the site visit and closes.
You'll be trained directly by veteran experts and consultants who operate in high-ticket real estate.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
● Building, optimising, and innovating entire GTM Funnel from TOFU to BOFU
● Verifying and qualifying inbound leads promptly across call, WhatsApp, and email
● Structured, persistent follow-up that keeps leads warm and moving
● Reading buyer intent and booking qualified site visits and meetings
● Clean handoff of prepared, meeting-ready buyers to the senior closing team (Varun)
● Full CRM ownership — accurate, current logging of every lead, stage, and next action
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
● Proven inside-sales / presales experience in high-ticket real estate
● Excellent phone and written communication — warm, credible, never pushy
● Genuine discipline around follow-up and pipeline hygiene
● Comfort owning a CRM and keeping it spotless (training and software provided)
● Fluent in English and Hindi
WHAT YOU GET:
