The Pre-Owned Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling pre-owned vehicles, delivering excellent customer service, generating leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for pre-owned vehicles.
- Generate sales leads through referrals, telecalling, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, finance options, insurance, and warranty packages.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage post-sale relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the pre-owned vehicle segment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in pre-owned vehicle sales.
