Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to generate quality leads, follow up with customers, explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website, and referrals.
- Explain rooftop solar benefits in simple language.
- Understand customer requirements and electricity usage.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers until the deal is closed.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Pleasant and confident speaking voice.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build customer trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, insurance, banking, telecom, or solar industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Daily Targets
- 80–120 outbound calls
- 15–20 meaningful conversations
- 5–8 qualified leads
- 2–4 site visit appointments
- Regular follow-up with existing prospects
