Position: CNC Line Quality Inspector / Quality Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect CNC-machined components during and after production.
- Perform in-process and final inspection as per drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection standards.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor CNC production lines for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Conduct first-piece, patrol, and final inspections.
- Identify defects, rejection, rework, and process deviations.
- Coordinate with CNC setters, operators, and production supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor process quality and reduce rejection and rework.
- Ensure proper calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures on the shop floor.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CNC machining processes.
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of GD&T will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify machining defects and support corrective actions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
