Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership and P&L
- Own total financial performance, revenue targets, capital allocation, and operational budgets.
- Build long-term growth plans aligned with renewable energy and zero-carbon goals.
- Report performance updates and strategic choices directly to the board of directors.
- Prepare and Execute a Greenfield Project Plan for setting up the Plnt
Feedstock and Project Development
- Secure long-term supply chains for agricultural waste, municipal solid waste, and industrial organic streams.
- Oversee site selection, detailed project reports (DPRs), and engineering procurement construction (EPC).
- Manage plant commissioning and scale-up timelines for high gas yields and maximum uptime.
Commercial Off-Take and Partnerships
- Negotiate gas sale agreements with oil marketing companies (OMCs) and city gas distributors (CGDs).
- Form alliances with local farmers, waste aggregators, and technology providers.
- Engage with government bodies for environmental and statutory clearances.
Governance, Safety, and Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
- Maintain compliance with explosive safety (PESO), pollution control (PCB), and local municipal laws.
- Lead high-performing cross-functional operations and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental) or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience: 12 to 20+ years of executive leadership in renewable energy, oil and gas, waste management, or power sectors.
- Core Skills: P&L management, government liaison, technical understanding of anaerobic digestion, and strong commercial negotiation.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
