Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in SAP Quality Management and a passion for mentoring and developing future SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical SAP QM training sessions.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Train candidates on SAP QM business processes and real-time project scenarios.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and practical workshops.
- Guide students on SAP implementation lifecycle and industry best practices.
- Evaluate candidate performance and provide feedback.
- Support curriculum enhancement and training delivery improvements.
Required Skills
- 10–12 years of hands-on SAP QM experience.
- Strong expertise in Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Certificates.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Prior training or mentoring experience preferred.
- Experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP QM Certification preferred.
- Experience in corporate training or educational institutes will be an added advantage.
