Job Summary
The HR Executive – Learning & Development is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering employee training programs that enhance knowledge, skills, productivity, communication, patient-centered care, and overall organizational performance. The role focuses on conducting regular training sessions in Learning & Development (L&D), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), soft skills, customer service excellence, leadership development, and behavioral competencies for both clinical and non-clinical hospital employees.
The incumbent will identify training needs, design engaging learning modules, monitor training effectiveness, and support the hospital's culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
- Organize induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Design and deliver competency-based learning programs.
- Coordinate mandatory statutory and compliance training.
- Maintain employee training records and learning history.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Recommend improvements based on training outcomes.
- Develop succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Conduct NLP-based behavioral development sessions.
- Train employees on:

Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources / MSW (HR) / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Learning & Development or Training Management is preferred.
- Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is highly desirable.
- Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Learning & Development.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering employee training programs.
- Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
