The Training & Development Officer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering technical and non-technical training programs to improve the skills, productivity, and efficiency of operators and workers at Senor Metals Pvt. Ltd. The role involves developing structured training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Develop and implement a structured training strategy aligned with the company’s operational goals and workforce development needs.
- Identify training requirements based on skill gaps, productivity levels, and operational challenges.
- Work closely with production and department heads to prioritize training needs.
- Conduct technical training sessions for operators and workers to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Provide hands-on training related to machinery, production processes, and product quality.
- Ensure employees understand operational standards and technical procedures.
- Deliver training related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct awareness programs on workplace safety, 5S practices, Kaizen, and other operational improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
- Conduct non-technical training programs such as personality development, communication skills, soft speaking, teamwork, and time management.
- Help employees develop professional behavior and improve workplace communication.
- Assess employee skill levels and identify training gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance improvements.
- Track productivity improvements after training programs.
- Design customized training modules based on operational requirements.
- Conduct classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT), and workshop sessions.
- Coordinate with external trainers or industry experts when required.
- Prepare and manage the annual training calendar
- Schedule training sessions in coordination with departments to avoid disruption in production.
- Maintain proper records of training programs, attendance, evaluations, and results.
- Prepare training reports and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards.
