Job Summary:
Dream CADD Institute, Padi is looking for enthusiastic and confident Admission Counselors to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and a passion for interacting with students are encouraged to apply. The role involves guiding prospective students, explaining courses, and supporting them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and walk-ins.
- Counsel students about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic teams.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Freshers preferred.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or counseling experience will have an added advantage.
