Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update the system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team.
