- Design & Engineering: Mastermind complex electrical deliverables, including core Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), specialized hazardous area classifications, and comprehensive power grid networks.
- System Sizing Mastery: Conduct heavy-duty equipment calculations for massive transformers, high/medium voltage switchgears, mission-critical UPS systems, and mega-scale diesel generators.
- Engineering Simulations: Perform load flow analysis, short circuit studies, and motor starting studies utilizing industry-standard engineering software. [1]
- Global Vendor Authority: Drive technical clarity by auditing, reviewing, and approving engineering data sheets and vendor drawings from top-tier international suppliers.
- Standards Enforcement: Deliver robust electrical engineering blueprints that strictly conform to international design codes (such as IEEE, IEC, NEC, and API standards).
What It Takes to Win (Strict Screening Criteria)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech).
- Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience executing detailed engineering workflows inside a design office environment.
- Mandatory Industry Domain: Strong execution background specifically within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or LNG sectors.
- Technical Tools: Hands-on exposure to electrical design software (e.g., ETAP, SKM, SPEL/SmartPlant Electrical). S3D, E3D
- Note: This is a pure design-office calculations role. Candidates with purely Site Construction, Testing & Commissioning, or Operations & Maintenance (O&M) backgrounds will not be considered.
