Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, inventory management, and coordinating with marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
- Upload new products with proper descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor daily orders and coordinate for order processing and dispatch.
- Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across different warehouses.
- Manage product promotions, discounts, and offers on marketplaces.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipment and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Understanding of online marketplaces and seller panels
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads or marketplace advertising
- Attention to detail and data management skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce
- Experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
