A Typical Day at Filter You as a Growth Marketer would look like:
● Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to specific market segments, client needs, and industry trends. Work with the founder to execute them and evaluate feedback and results! ● Filter You and client growth by recommending and implementing innovative digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition initiatives. ● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target industries, fostering trust and rapport.
● Amazing Comms with the brand and design teams, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration throughout the sales lifecycle.
● Stay abreast of the latest AR/VR advancements and emerging technologies, ensuring Filter You remains at the forefront of innovation.
● Utilize LinkedIn's advertising platform to enhance brand presence, generate qualified prospects, and support overall business growth initiatives.
● Act as the primary point of contact for client management, overseeing project discussions, requirement gathering, and ongoing account growth opportunities - mainly for Retail opportunities.
● Leverage advanced SEO & AEO strategies to drive organic growth, improve rankings, and maximize online visibility for brands. ● Proactively identify, qualify and convert high potential sales opportunities for Events through extensive market research, networking, outreach and lead generation strategies. ● Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, adeptly negotiating and finalising deals to maximise revenue generation wherever possible.
What We Are Looking For:
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ● Ability to use AI to build systems and processes that help drive growth and give us an edge.
● 2+ years experience undertaking Growth and Marketing Initiatives
● Demonstrated Social Media Management and advertising skills on Google, Linkedin, FB, Snap, TikTok
● Background in coordination with Clients and Design teams.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● Experience in AR VR and AI
● Ability to manage post-sales communications, ensuring seamless client experience and satisfaction
