Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Marketing and Sales role based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities. The Marketing and Sales Person will promote and sell the company's herbal, Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, personal care, and allopathic products to healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers. Daily responsibilities include identifying and approaching prospective clients, conducting product presentations, and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand visibility initiatives, and gathering market feedback to improve strategies. The individual will also coordinate with internal teams for order follow-ups, provide basic product training to partners, and maintain accurate sales records and reports. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers, partners, and internal teams. * Proven Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and follow-through. Demonstrated Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing sales in healthcare, FMCG, or related sectors. * Ability to deliver basic Training or product orientation sessions for distributors, retailers, or healthcare partners.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical, herbal, or wellness products is an advantage. Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Kolkata, with regular local travel for client visits. • Strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM tools. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Pay: ₹9,847.68 - ₹33,787.98 per month
