Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development (60%)
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual revenue, margin, and market-share targets for industrial valves (ball, gate, check, needle), fittings, and pressure gauges.
- Key Account Management: Identify, target, and convert key OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and end-user accounts.
- Technical Consultative Selling: Work closely with customer engineering and procurement teams to understand technical specifications and offer optimal product solutions.
- Tender & Bidding Oversight: Prepare, review, and submit competitive technical proposals, commercial bids, and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Channel Strategy: Expand and manage distributor and dealer networks across target regions.
2. Marketing & Brand Strategy (25%)
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and track industry trends to identify new target markets and emerging product demands.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to create product catalogs, technical datasheets, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Digital & Event Management: Manage digital marketing initiatives (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns) and represent the company at key industrial trade shows and expos.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure brand messaging emphasizes quality certifications (e.g., ISO, API, CE, ASME) and reliability.
3. Team Leadership & Operations (15%)
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales funnel and forecast in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work alongside Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate lead times.
- Reporting: Present monthly sales performance, market insights, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical discipline. (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).
- Experience: 5–8+ years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience in industrial manufacturing—specifically within valves, fittings, piping components, or process instrumentation.
- Technical Know-How: Strong understanding of pressure/temperature standards, material grades (SS, Carbon Steel, Brass), thread standards (NPT, BSP), and pressure gauge mechanisms (Bourdon tube, diaphragm).
- Industry Connections: Pre-existing network of EPCs, consultants, OEMs, or industrial distributors is highly desirable.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30–40% for customer meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
