- Managerial Assistance: Manage the HR Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assisting to HR- Manager on day to day activities.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with reference or background checks.
- Onboarding: Manage new-hire paperwork, set up employee files (digital and physical), and conduct new employee orientation.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff HR queries regarding benefits, time-off requests, or company policies.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain employee records and filing systems, Update HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Administrative Tasks: Draft HR correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in organizing company events or training sessions and employee engagement
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
