About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Tendering & Procurement to handle end-to-end government tendering on GeM and other platforms, ensuring compliance, coordination, and successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities across GeM and other e-procurement portals
- Identify relevant tenders and prepare complete documentation for timely submission
- Ensure compliance with EMD, EPBG, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to obtain competitive pricing and required approvals
- Maintain and update MIS reports and bid-tracking systems
- Lead, guide, and manage the tendering team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech / BCA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government IT procurement
- Hands-on experience with the GeM portal
