Job Description
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and online research.
- Contact hospitals, clinics, and companies to introduce Oxiv’s recruitment services.
- Understand client hiring requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling/business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + IncentivesBenefits: Performance incentives + Career growth opportunities
