Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
Meet prospective customers and explain project details. Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist customers with documentation and the booking process.
Coordinate with banks for loan assistance, if required.
Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide regular sales and field activity reports to the management.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
