Role OverviewDelta is looking for a motivated and client-focused Tele-Caller to handle and convert immigration-related leads through calls and follow-ups. The role involves counselling clients for Study, Tourist, and Work Visa services while guiding them about visa processes, documentation, and consultation procedures.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling clients, and the ability to generate walk-ins through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for immigration and visa enquiries.
- Convert leads into walk-ins and maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
- Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, and Work Visa services.
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, and consultation procedures clearly.
- Maintain accurate lead details and update daily calling records.
- Coordinate with counsellors and operations teams for smooth client handling.
- Build positive client relationships through professional communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Qualification
- Graduation preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration industry in tele-calling, counselling, sales, or customer handling required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
