Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing & Assembly: Precision assembly of machine structures, jigs, and fixtures.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct trial runs, debug mechanical/electrical issues, and oversee final installation on the factory floor or customer sites.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure machines adhere to industrial safety and compliance standards (GD&T, ISO).
- Documentation: Generate Bill of Materials (BOMs), capability studies, and maintenance protocols.
Key Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: Typically ranges from 1 to 5+ years, with hands-on experience in machine building, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools and understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
