Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Inbound (Voice) - Freshers only

Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹25,000 per month (based on English Fluency)

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Executives to join our growing team at Saisha Tours and Travels. The role involves handling inbound calls of our customer regarding to solving their queries or questions. Provide accurate resolutions to customer's problem and take feedback.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome! If you are good at Hindi communication just HSC pass and want to build your career in Customer Service role, this is the right opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Attend Inbound calls of customers.
- Explain packages and help in booking procedure.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. (Freshers Preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.
