We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Science tutors who can make learning engaging and help students build confidence in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students in Classes 10–12 through one-on-one or small-group online sessions.
- Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Help students prepare for school exams and board examinations.
- Create lesson plans and provide practice questions, assignments, and revision strategies.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment.
- Communicate with TutorHive regarding student progress and scheduling.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and/or Biology.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Medicine, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, and a quiet teaching environment.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, or other recognized curricula.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and keep students engaged.
