Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Job Portals
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on requirements.
- Schedule & coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
SKILLS
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment is an Advantage
- Must and schould have a Laptop and a stable Internet Connection.
