Overall Job Description:
- Achieve sales targets and provide customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers for the Bank through phone.
- Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, improving service efficiency and coordinating with various teams to achieve excellence.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- High Sales orientation to meet sales target consistently.
- Excellent lead generation & conversion skill.
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries.
- Generate business and cross sell all products and services of the bank.
EDUCATION /WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum qualification is graduate in any stream
- Fresher - Hindi Must
- Exp : 1-5 years of experience in banking/insurance sales preferred. Knowledge of Life Insurance, general insurance, and banking products will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
