We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our growing sales team and contribute to expanding our presence across Gujarat.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating specifications with architects and consultants, managing project follow-ups, and converting opportunities into successful orders. This role requires regular field visits, relationship building, technical discussions, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through client meetings and site visits.
- Meet Architects, PMCs (Project Management Consultants), Contractors, Interior Designers, and Corporate Clients.
- Get Raised Access Flooring products specified in project BOQs and technical documents.
- Track projects from specification stage to final order conversion.
- Assist the reporting manager in business development and client relationship management.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate with customers.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical advantages of Raised Access Flooring.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and consultants across Gujarat.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Project Sales.
- Experience in Construction Materials, Building Products, Interior Solutions, Flooring, HVAC, Electrical, or Technical Sales will be preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and strong learning ability may also be considered.
Required Skills

- Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of construction and project execution.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Travel Requirement
- Extensive travel across Gujarat.
- Candidate should preferably own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
