About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for further discussions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and presentation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales / Software Sales / Staffing Sales will be preferred.
