We are building Blephy, an AI-powered software product focused on e-commerce operations.
This is a greenfield product with no legacy code. You will be working from first principles, shipping fast, and helping shape both the product and the technical foundation.
We are looking for a builder, not a research-only engineer. Someone who is comfortable using modern AI coding tools, working from PRDs, and iterating quickly from idea to working product.
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD AND OWN
- A full-stack web application (frontend and backend)
- AI / LLM-powered features and workflows
- Backend APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations
- Prompt design, tool usage, and LLM orchestration
- Product-level technical decisions and trade-offs
- End-to-end ownership from PRD to MVP and beyond
This role comes with real ownership. You will not be implementing pre-defined tickets without context.
TECH STACK AND TOOLS (FLEXIBLE, NOT FIXED)
Core Development
- Full-stack development (React / Next.js, Node.js or Python)
- Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases)
- REST APIs and background jobs
- Authentication and role-based access
AI / LLMs
- Integration with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- Prompt engineering and evaluation
- Tool calling, agents, and workflows
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Embeddings and vector search
Development Workflow
- Use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
- Vibe-coding from PRDs, task lists, and product briefs
- Rapid prototyping followed by iterative refinement
- Git-based workflows and readable, maintainable code

- Clear technical roadmap
- Full ownership of the codebase and architecture

COMPENSATION & EQUITY
