Role: Lead - Account Technology Office
Location: Bangalore, India
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to operate as an account-level CTO equivalent,
driving strategy, architecture, and innovation across complex enterprise and embedded ecosystems.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in embedded platforms, enterprise systems, and product
engineering, with strong experience in firmware validation and low-level systems. They should
demonstrate the ability to design and deploy AI-driven and automation-led solutions to solve
complex business and engineering challenges. A strong client-facing leader, the individual will engage
senior stakeholders, shape technical narratives, and drive RFP/RFI solutions. With solid business
acumen, they will identify market opportunities and translate them into impactful outcomes. The
role requires proven success in leading large-scale technical teams and delivering at scale, while
bridging technology with business value.
Required Skills:
- Account level technology leadership experience with a proven ability to operate as an
account CTO equivalent
- Proven hands-on experience in embedded platform and enterprise systems and archetypes,
preferably in printer and server technologies or other complex embedded products
- Solid understanding of robotics programming, including control systems, automation, and
motion-oriented software
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing and validation, covering firmware, UEFI,
BIOS, and other low-level components
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI workflows to solve
complex engineering or business challenges
- Proactive internal and external stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to identify,
anticipate, and address pain points through integrable solutions
- Strong business acumen to identify market gaps and convert opportunities into impactful
outcomes for the unit
- Experience driving product engineering archetypes across device engineering, infrastructure
platforms, and software-based digital solutions for enterprise clients
- Proven capability to create and deliver high-quality technical presentations and architectural
narratives for senior (director-level and above) stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality RFP/RFI
responses, aligning technical solutions with client requirements
Optional Skills:
- Programming experience in Python (primary language) and an additional language such as
C++, C, Rust, Go, C#, .Net or similar languages
- Hands-on experience building POCs, POVs, or MVPs to validate technical feasibility and
demonstrate business value
- Exposure to cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps practices, or large-scale digital
transformation programs
- Experience leading executive technical discussions, architectural reviews, or technology
innovation and governance forums
- Prior experience in a client-facing leadership role such as CTO, Chief Architect, or Account
Architect role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical
discipline
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software, systems, or platform engineering roles
- Proven experience operating at scale across complex enterprise accounts or product
ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior technical teams and influence without direct authority
