Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, technical, and support staff, ensuring timely availability of competent manpower as per hospital requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to joining and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements of various hospital departments and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, social media, institutes, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate technical/departmental interviews with HODs and consultants.
- Manage offer, salary negotiation, documentation, reference checks, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS/recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and specialized healthcare positions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline for doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding vacancies, selection status, and joining timelines.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with hospital policies, statutory requirements, and quality/accreditation standards.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, and probation-related coordination.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and vacancy status.
Key Competencies
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a time-bound manner.
- Knowledge of healthcare/hospital manpower requirements will be preferred.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / MHRM or equivalent.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
