We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to spearhead the development and operations of a luxury wellness resort in Wayanad. This is a senior executive position with end-to-end responsibility, from concept development and project planning through pre-opening and full operational management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hospitality, wellness destinations, resort development, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead wellness resort development from concept to launch.
- Oversee project planning, design coordination, construction, and execution.
- Manage pre-opening activities, including staffing, SOP development, and operational setup.
- Drive operational excellence across all resort functions.
- Develop business strategies to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Establish brand standards and service excellence programs.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Build and lead high-performing management teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15–20+ years of experience in hospitality, resort, or wellness destination management.
- Proven track record in greenfield projects and pre-opening operations.
- Experience with luxury resorts, wellness retreats, destination spas, or integrated hospitality projects.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and project execution skills.
- Knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness tourism, medical wellness, or destination spa operations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
