Core Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Install and align fixtures, jigs, and tools; load raw materials into the machine.
- Operation: Run HMC/VMC machines, monitor operations, and adjust machine parameters (speeds, feeds, tool offsets).
- Programming: Load and prove programs (G-code/M-code) to ensure proper machining operations.
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to verify parts conform to blueprints.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) and adhere to safety protocols
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
